This policy explains what we do with personal data, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers our website, our merchant dashboard and the payment services we provide to businesses.

LINKTUM GLOBAL LIMITED is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered office is at Archiepiskopou Kyprianou & Agiou Andreou, 1, Loukaides Building, 2nd Floor, Flat/Office 21, Limassol 3036, Cyprus, and our company number is HE460302.
For payment execution, personal data is also processed by our licensed partner institutions, each acting as controller for their own regulated activity.
What we collect
We collect what we need to run payments and keep the business compliant, and nothing that exists only to profile you.

Where it is stored

We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the ICO in the United Kingdom or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
