INDUSTRIES · PLATFORMS AND AGGREGATORS
One integration. Every merchant on your platform.
Sub-merchant onboarding, routing and settlement per account, for marketplaces, PSPs and software platforms moving volume that is not their own.
What platforms run into
Onboarding queues
Every new merchant is a KYB file, and your growth rate is capped by how fast it clears.
Settlement per merchant
One pot of money that has to land in fifty accounts, correctly, every day.
One merchant's risk
A single bad sub-merchant should not take the whole platform down with it.
Their numbers, not yours
Merchants want their own reporting, not a slice of a platform report.
How a platform sits on top
ONE CONTRACT, MANY MERCHANTS
Your platform
One contract, one integration, one set of credentials.
Sola
Routing, KYB, settlement and reporting underneath it.
Merchant A
KYB cleared · settles daily
Merchant B
KYB in review · payouts paused
Merchant C
KYB cleared · settles weekly

- You control
- Who you onboard, what they are charged, when they settle.
- We handle
- KYB, bank connections, money movement and the audit trail.
What we run for the platform
Sub-merchant onboarding
KYB per merchant, with status you can surface in your own dashboard. Onboarding through the API is coming soon.
Split settlement
Funds land per merchant account, on the schedule you set.
Two levels of reporting
Your view across everything, their view of themselves.
Per-merchant controls
Limits, pauses and risk settings applied to one merchant, not to the platform.

Questions we get
That depends on your model and your permissions. We can run it either way — and we ask the question during onboarding, not after go-live.
Yes. Platform-level and merchant-level access are separate, so a merchant sees themselves and nothing else.
Standard KYB clears in days. Non-standard cases are quoted separately, and we tell you which is which up front.
Tell us how your platform is structured.
We come back with a written cost comparison against your current setup, usually within two working days.
